Business Challenge - This insurer's IT department needed to develop an independent and un-biased 'internal transformation bid' in parallel to external parties developing a response to a previously issued tender for the outsourcing of Data Centres and management of core computing platforms and systems.
  • Our Role in the Solution - Our consultant's role was to question, challenge capabilities and develop a financial picture of the in-house transformation bid.
