Business Challenge - One of the big national energy providers needed to respond to public criticism and set up a new renewable energy division, advising, selling and installing wind tubines and solar panels.
  • Our Role in the Solution - Our consultant was tasked with making sure that the newly recruited sales teams in different locations were involved in the design of the new system and were fully prepared to use it.
