Business Challenge - The health service was in the early stages of Europe's biggest IT project to modernise its technology and centralise patient records. Assistance was required to support roll-out to GP services and increase demand for the new systems.
  • Our Role in the Solution - Our consultant acted in a client relationship management role responsible for stakeholder management and demand generation at customer (GP surgeries) and client level (trust executives) in one of England's ten strategic health authorities.
  • The Outcome - As a result of a large-scale awareness campaign, 50% of the practices in the area volunteered to undergo the change of system.
  • Achievements - The programme's reputation was enhanced significantly due to effective communication on both a large & small scale to allow implementation of the NHS's vision for primary care.
