Business Challenge - A corporate decision was made to re-brand all customer facing business units. Due to the high complexity of interrelationships between the projects, the huge media campaign (approx £30m spend alone) and senior management reputations on the line, this programme needed very close direction, tight stakeholder management and board level reporting and communication.
  • Our Role in the Solution - Our consultant was the programme director leading all technical, functional and transformational aspects of this programme, closely integrated with a marketing focused change programme.
  • The Outcome - A highly successful switch-over, with a completely new web portal, new products and new internal services all implemented in an aggressive timescale.
  • Achievements - The re-branding was achieved within externally mandated timeframes, with the required 'splash' of exciting new products but with minimal impact to on-going customer services.
