- Our Role in the Solution - Work across a multi-discipline and geographically spread team needed a tangible improvement and it was felt that this would require external stimulus to improve team working skills and motivation.
- The Outcome - One-to-one coaching to senior managers focused on defining, and implementing a Team Charter and set of supporting behaviours. The result was a clear and measurable change in perceived behaviours amongst the team.
