Business Challenge - Advertisements form a fundamental part of a publisher's audience's experience and maximizing monetisation is key. A more relevant experience demanded greater capability from the technology and the process by which value could be delivered to the consumer.
  • Our Role in the Solution - Working with Ad Operations our consultant led the programme to pilot and then implement a new digital Ad Server for websites and mobile devices.
  • The Outcome - the implementation of a new digital ad-server, with additional functionality for behavourial targeting, advert placement optimisation and inventory prediction for display, audio and video adverts.
  • Achievements - An increased ability to understand online audience data, an ability to meaningfully identify people and then deliver appropriate, continually optimised, commercial messages to them on the right platform, and at the right time. Demonstrating value to the advertiser and sustaining higher charging levels for publishing digital adverts.
